From your first enquiry through to the final check-in before your wedding, I keep everything smooth, simple and easy to navigate so you always know what’s happening next.
Here’s how the process works so you’re clear on each stage when planning your Sussex wedding.

Once you’ve listened to my voice and explored my repertoire, send your VENUE, DATE and package choices via the contact form and I’ll get back to you with availability and pricing for your Sussex wedding.

You’re welcome to book in a call if you’d like to talk through anything, but if you’re happy to proceed, I take a 25% booking deposit and send a contract to confirm your date. Around a month before your wedding, your balance invoice is issued and due before your Sussex wedding.

Have a browse through my song list, and follow me on Instagram or TikTok to hear my covers for inspiration. I love keeping in touch with my couples on socials, and if there’s a song you’d like to hear me cover before your day, let me know and I’ll add it to my list to record and post!

Around 4–6 weeks before your Sussex wedding, I’ll be in touch to finalise details including timings, venue information, outfit guidance and your song choices. Email is also fine if that works better for you.

All that’s left to do is soak up and enjoy every moment of your day and trust that the soundtrack to it will be everything you dreamed.

Charlotte sang at our wedding reception in London this week
Well what can I say, her voice is just beautiful & so is she! She is just a lovely person and was wonderful with all the children too.
