From your first enquiry through to the final check-in before your wedding, I aim to make the booking process feel simple, personal and stress-free.
Here’s how it works so you know exactly what to expect at each stage when planning your London wedding.

Once you’ve listened to my voice and taken a look through my repertoire, get in touch via the contact form with your VENUE, DATE and which packages you're interested in, and I’ll come back to you with availability and pricing for your London wedding.

If you’d like to arrange a call to talk through anything in more detail, you’re very welcome to, but if you’re happy to go ahead, I take a 25% booking deposit and send a contract to secure your date. Around a month before your wedding, your remaining balance invoice is issued and due a week before your London wedding.

Have a browse through my song list, and follow me on Instagram or TikTok to hear my covers for inspiration. I love keeping in touch with my couples on socials, and if there’s a song you’d like to hear me cover before your day, let me know and I’ll add it to my list to record and post!

Around 4–6 weeks before your London wedding, I’ll be in touch to arrange a call for final details covering timings, locations, colour scheme or outfit requirements, and of course your song choices. If you’d rather confirm everything by email, that’s completely fine too.

All that’s left to do is soak up and enjoy every moment of your day and trust that the soundtrack to it will be everything you dreamed.

Charlotte sang at our wedding reception in London this week
Well what can I say, her voice is just beautiful & so is she! She is just a lovely person and was wonderful with all the children too. Charlotte took my 5 year old daughter’s song request and it made her day. I must also add that she went above & beyond getting to the wedding during tube strikes with no fuss at all.
