From your first enquiry through to the final details before your wedding, I aim to keep everything simple, personal and easy to follow.
Here’s how the process works when planning your Buckinghamshire wedding.

Once you’ve had a listen to my voice and a browse of my repertoire, get in touch via the contact form and let me know your VENUE, DATE and which packages you're interested in, and I'll get back to you confirming my availability and sharing my prices for your Buckinghamshire wedding.

You’re welcome to book in for a call with me to discuss anything further, but if you’re happy to proceed, I take a 25% booking deposit and send out a contract to secure your date. A month before your wedding, your balance invoice is sent and due a week before your Buckinghamshire wedding.

Have a browse through my song list, and follow me on Instagram or TikTok to hear my covers for inspiration. I love keeping in touch with my couples on socials, and if there’s a song you’d like to hear me cover before your day, let me know and I’ll add it to my list to record and post!

Around 4–6 weeks before your Buckinghamshire wedding, I’ll be in touch to set up a call for final checks on timings, locations, colour scheme / outfit requirements and your song choices. If you’d prefer to confirm everything via email, that’s absolutely fine.

All that’s left to do is soak up and enjoy every moment of your day and trust that the soundtrack to it will be everything you dreamed.

Charlotte sang at our wedding reception in London this week
Well what can I say, her voice is just beautiful & so is she! She is just a lovely person and was wonderful with all the children too. Charlotte took my 5 year old daughter’s song request and it made her day. I must also add that she went above & beyond getting to the wedding during tube strikes with no fuss at all.
